Document the Trigger in the Workflow Excel Spreadsheet

In our examplem the Payment Add Form should trigger the workflow. By placing the shell in Design Mode, we can utilize the Go to feature to view metadata for Infinity features such as the system record ID for a data form. In the figure below, the user right-clicked the Add payment task and selected the Go to data form instance menu item from the popup menu.  

The resulting metadata page can be used to derive the exact name and system record ID of the triggering feature.

Listing the system record id is important because it identifies the feature without any ambiguity. This in turn is a great help to the technical staff during implementation of the technical details of the workflow.
